Only cooling (No heating ). It is most popularly used in classic cars, motorhomes, and heavy equipment
The 360° rotating air outlet can do whatever you want, and adjust it at will. This is just the evaporator unit. In order to add A/C, you will need many other components such as the compressor, condenser, custom hoses, etc
